AI-nergy ApS uses the following providers to operate SolarPlanner and its website. A provider processes information only where required for the relevant service and configuration.
For Customer Content containing personal data, these providers act as subprocessors only to the extent they process that content on AI-nergy’s behalf. Website analytics and mapping services may process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

- Purpose: Detects, diagnoses and resolves application errors and technical incidents

OpenAI
- Service: Bill-document extraction, where enabled
- Purpose: Extracts relevant energy-consumption totals from uploaded bills
- Processing location / configuration: EEA/EU processing configuration
Google Gemini
- Service: Bill-document extraction, where enabled
- Purpose: Extracts relevant energy-consumption totals from uploaded bills

Google Maps Platform
- Service: Mapping and satellite imagery
- Purpose: Provides map, address and satellite-imagery functionality
- Processing location / configuration: Subject to the applicable Google service configuration and terms
Google Analytics
- Service: Website analytics
- Purpose: Helps us understand website use and improve website performance
- Processing location / configuration: Used only in accordance with applicable cookie requirements and Google’s service terms
AI-nergy may update this list as its service providers change. Where required by an applicable Data Processing Agreement, AI-nergy will give customers advance notice of a material subprocessor change and allow objections in accordance with that agreement.
